Help identifying sex!

One more question... do females sometimes chase each others (breeding behaviour).

yes, they all enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast and it is a group thing, at least that is how mine do it. sometimes when they are young and it is not the season for spawns it can be nearly impossible to determine exactly the gender as vents look same and sometimes females develop the little white bumps on leading edges of fins too . plus with fancys the males can be just as fat as the females! they fool me too.
