I can't understand what is wrong the tank is very under stocked the water is close to perfect lots of airation this fish has been behaving like this for 2 weeks

but seemed worse over the weekend is eating as normal and seems to swim ok without loss of balance or floatation problems all fins a up with no signs of stress no visible injury or wounds. It just seems to have a lack of energy and strange poop.

Any ideas please

Any treatments you can suggest.

Thanks in advance

Even under stocked you need to do more water changes. I would do at least 30 to 50 a week. Will the fish eat? I was start with an extra large water change and some salt. Some one might come along with a better idea. Since all your fish are not sick it could be internal and may need meds.
