I'm planning to make some goldfish gel food. I just bought this gelatine product:

http://www.oetker.co.uk/oetker_uk/html/default/debi-7ngg5z.en.html

Dr. Oetker Select Fine Leaf Gelatine Platinum Grade

Select Fine Leaf Gelatine is Platinum Grade, the finest available as used by professionals.

Platinum grade fine leaf gelatine creates a set which is softer and more refined than that of traditional powdered gelatine and delivers a melt in the mouth texture. Its professional quality delivers a clear and untainted finish.

Our superior platinum grade fine leaf gelatine is perfect for use in jellies, terrines and mousses.

Each pack contains 12 leaves and sets approx. 1.7litres (3 pints).

Is this kind of gelatine safe for goldfish use? Thanks for your reply.
