Introducing... Fluffy! And His New Tank

Like so many others, I found Koko's after already buying a small goldfish and woefully inadequate fish tank.

So a week or so ago, I found a 26 gallon used tank with stand, light and filter on Craigslist for $100. It's been sitting in my garage being tested for leaks until I had time today to set it up. I'm really happy with it - I found a nice fake log (not hollow) with plants on it at the lfs, and an anubius and sword plant, a bubble want and a few pretty pieces of gravel. It's all set up now, and I can hardly wait until Fluffy can be introduced to his new home. It seems so spacious!

It does seem quite noisy, so I'll be looking into a quieter filter with more power soon. Anyway, here are some pictures. I hope you enjoy!

Here's Fluffy in his 3 gallon tank:

Here's his new tank all set up and waiting to cycle:

That thing that looks like a floating condom is actually a sock filled with gravel from the existing tank to help the cycle along. I also took some of the media from my existing filter and stuffed that into the new filter.
