Regular Member Guldklumpen Posted December 11, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted December 11, 2010 Hi all you Goldie lovers Here is a little movie of the fry from Tvilsens eggs. Sadly they all died within 14 days. That usually happens, im not sure why though I would like to have just one little goldie from Tvilsen some time Anyway, here is the movie clip: Guldklumpen. Regular Member Captain Findus Goldfish Posted December 11, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted December 11, 2010 oh how cool Jesper! what a shame they always die. what do you feed them? do you see their stomachs getting full? I imagine you test the water parameters? You can go in the goldfish reproduction threads, those are full of info: My link
Regular Member Guldklumpen Posted December 11, 2010 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 11, 2010 I fed them JBL Nubil Fluid Artemia, egg yolk, crushed flakes and pellets with a dropper. Water was perfect and their little see-through bellies did get full 5 days ago Tvilsen laid eggs again but i did not save any eggs. But yesterday when i cleaned the Eheim 2080 bucket filterpump i found about 20 live fry, hehe. I have no cycled fry tank ready so i dropped them in the guppy tank. They are proberbly eaten by now, but i still think that is better than the drain :/ Maybe i should read a little more and make a more full hearted attempt later
