Regular Member usmgp1 Posted November 24, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted November 24, 2010 Since I was unfortunate and lost my job I have started doing custom aquarium lids that will be made custom to fit your tank. They can be made of any wood and will be able to painted or stained. I will include a base in situations where you will need one. There are many lighting options if you want to add some decorative lighting. I will have my first one finished in a few days(Holiday) but it is already looking awesome. Is this something that you would consider for your tank? I draw the tops on my own CAD system and then construct them myself in my wood shop.
Regular Member Cynders Posted November 24, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted November 24, 2010 I think that would be an excellent thing, and I bet yours are much much sturdier than the store bought ones. I'd definitely consider it if I get a bigger tank
