Black Line On My Oranda's Head

I have a young oranda who I have not had any health concerns with thus far. However, I noticed this morning that he has a small black line on his head, right above his eyes where his wen would start. It doesn't appear inflamed or anything, just a discoloration. I was thinking that maybe me hurt himself on the bubble wand, because he loves playing with it. Does anyone know what it could be, and what I should do for it?

Pics will help us figure out better the issue. In the meantime, could you please fill this up again just to see anything else wrong assuming the issue stems from more than just color change?

[*]Test Results for the Following:

[*]Ammonia Level?

[*]Nitrite Level?

[*]Nitrate level?

[*]Ph Level, Tank (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines)?

[*]Ph Level, Tap (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines)?

[*]Brand of test-kit used and whether strips or drops?

[*]Water temperature?

[*]Tank size (how many gals.) and how long has it been running?

[*]What is the name and size of the filter(s)?

[*]How often do you change the water and how much?

[*]How many fish in the tank and their size?

[*]What kind of water additives or conditioners?

[*]What do you feed your fish and how often?

[*]Any new fish added to the tank?

[*]Any medications added to the tank?

[*]Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus?

[*]Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.?

Is there any way to get clearer shots? I have trouble figuring out if it looks like color change or just healing tissue from an injury. Did it look like a dent at all? Or does it seem part of the wen color? Either way, from the looks of the details you gave, it doesn't seem seriously concerning at all.
