Disappearing Fish

I lost 3 of my male guppies not long after I bought them, leaving me with 2. I decided to replace them with 6 neons, which have been doing fine. I also added two amano shrimp.

This morning, I only have 5 neons...

It's not in the filter.

None of them were showing any kind of symptoms of illness last night, shoaling and feeding normally.

I've heard that a dead fish can get eaten pretty quickly by shrimps, but in one night, leaving no trace?

Can shrimp kill neons!? Seems unlikely but it's all I can think of!
