So my big 2.5 inch guppy i got a week ago seems to have been trouble adjusting considering she was about to burst. This morning she gave birth to 33 so far and they have all been dead. i've noticed 1 fry that fluttered around a bit but now is lying on the bottum not doing anything. Could this be because she got stressed from being purchased at the store and then from being moved? :( anyone else have this problem? I'm hoping that my smaller pregnant guppy will have live babies. I'm going to try to make her experience as stress-less as possible. I'll post a video soon.

update:

on the 89th fry after a time of 10 1/2 hours we got one alive again. here's a video. He is premature for sure. He still has a large sack with respect to his body. What should we do? i'm scared he will not last very long. He swims like crazy for a couple secs and then sits on the bottum usually on his side or wedged into the bottum.

He's only swimming like crazy because the others are trying to eat it thru the holes.

Mama doesn't look too well, you might want to get her into a hospital tank with some clean water and let her have a vacation for a while. Maybe some nice palm trees....a margarita or two...
