Guest levi250
I have a 25 gallon tank with 1 small black ghost knifefish, 5 dwarf neon rainbowfish, 4 fancy guppies, 4 zebra danios, 1 coolie loach, 2 small chinese algea eatters, and 1 small platy. Kinda a bunch of fish for that tank but I'm getting a 55 gallon soon. The question is can I add aquarium salt to my tank? I don't know if it will affect the black ghost since it is a scaleless fish.
Regular Member balashark Posted August 15, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted August 15, 2008 The knifefish should be ok with a little salt. Your loach probably wouldn't. Is there any reason you want to add salt? You said it already, but I'll reiterate it, you're way overstocked. Get that 55 as soon as you can.
