Regular Member terisather Posted August 11, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted August 11, 2008 Yeah I know, a little late to be asking this question but as I was lying in bed trying to sleep, I thought about the seeds in raspberries. I fed my goldies raspberries this afternoon, will they be able to pass the seeds? They're each about 1.5 to 2" long, just little guys.
Regular Member Desiree Posted August 11, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted August 11, 2008 I too think the seeds could potentially cause a problem. But, a few years back I tried this without any problems.
Regular Member lynda441 Posted August 11, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted August 11, 2008 I have avoided feeding raspberries for this reason. But, what's done is done. You'll just have to wait and see, but even if they do pass okay, I might not test my luck and feed raspberries again. They love strawberries. Those would probably be a better alternative berry.
