Regular Member pumpkinPatch Posted July 31, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted July 31, 2008 Introducing the 2 new telescopes that I got at the Portland show last weekend. They get a tank all to themselves, which is good coz they cant see their food AT ALL until it's right in front of em. They'd have no chance against my other GF, even half-blind Twix. No names yet, but I think the panda's a boy and the r/w one's a girl. Panda top view Panda right side view Panda left side view R/W top view The two are always swimming together Looks like the r/w one is giving the panda a kiss on the cheek Some pix from the GF show at Portland, OR: Me with a goofy smile with the show tents behind me Checkin out David's fish from ...................com Drooling over Tommy's fish (Wish I had more money to spend that day!!) Some cool GF themed trinkets Giant black oranda grand champion... this guy was huge! Veil tail shubies, very pretty Ranchu standing(swimming) on its head. Some fish Tommy had for sale, I wanted the panda telescope in the middle Here's my little kitchen tank with my betta sorority... very patriotic (red, white and blue). There used to be a fourth, but she was way too aggressive and I had to take her back She was a really pretty blue though. Tank full shot with the red n blue bettas Group shot, you can see the white betta's full body reflected on the right The only individual shot that came out clear And lastly, my rubbermaid pond outside, already full of green water. Zuko, Appa and Aang were the chosen ones to live outside.
Regular Member justkeepswimming Posted July 31, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted July 31, 2008 love the telescopes you brought home! the black/white one's tail is amazing. when i get a larger tank, i hope i can find some that look as beautiful as that to be friends with my moor, for he cant see his food either until its right in front of his face! ^_^ thats why i put a bright yellow plate in his tank when its feeding time and when the food's on there he can see it quite well enjoy your pretty fishies!

Regular Member pumpkinPatch Posted August 1, 2008 Author Regular Member Share Posted August 1, 2008 I know, I dunno what I'm gonna do next year now that I know how much cash I'll be needing for new goldies, hehe. I'll have to authorize my bank to lock me out of my accounts the week before

It's an illusion... Appa's not growing at all I'm hoping the pond greenwater will help boost his growth. And yeah, when I saw that r/w telescope at the show, I was like "hey, that looks like Buckets!"
