Is It Possible...

lol! I don't think in the sense that humans know gay and lesbian, but when males are ready to breed and in the absence of a female in the tank, males will chase other males. But, this isn't because they want to have "sex" with the male. It's just because their breeding instinct says, "chase something." So.... they chase... whatever is there. As far as lesbian, no, I have not heard of females chasing or interacting in a sexual way with other females.

I agree with lynda. I have two males who both have breeding stars and the bigger once chases the smaller. I think they just have the hormones so they do what they can :P

And in my tank at C.E.S, I often see the larger (white) fish chasing the smaller (orange) fish around. However, I sometimes (rarely these days) catch the smaller fish sniffing at the larger fish's anus.
