Fred, those are both very pretty fish.

For me it is even worse. I can take photo only at the day that I do water change. For the rest of the week, they are in green water.

I am curious about your green water. Do you think you are you seeing all the benefits? Nitrates staying down? Overall, do the fish seem happier or more vigorous than before the green water?

With green water, I never have a chance to see Nitrates. Green water takes ammonia as their food so there is no nitrogen cycle involving. All the time, Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate reading is zero. :nana

The color of fish is getting better. Fish grows large very fast as well since they are fed constantly by green algae. When they eat green constantly, you can avoid SBD. (Their poop is green all the time.)
