Regular Member Lolafish Posted January 13, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted January 13, 2008 I would do anything for green algae, and you all buy fish to eat it? What's wrong with you? BTW, goldies like algae too, and it's really good to let it grow in some places so they can benefit too. And then, tell me what is your secret to green algae? Sunlight? Strong lights? How much? How long? Tell me, please!!!!!
Regular Member balashark Posted January 14, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted January 14, 2008 Lolafish, after extensive study, I've determined the big secret to growing insane amounts of green algae,,, is to absolutely not want to grow any. People that want it never get it, and I'd pay you money to come harvest it out of my tanks (my pleco passed away, and by pased away I mean he was eaten by a certain pictus catfish... )
Regular Member Anic Posted January 14, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted January 14, 2008 I don't want any algae and all I get is that yucky brown! If I let it get out of hand, my tank looks filthy...
