Regular Member magscat3161 Posted January 1, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted January 1, 2008 While I was sick my hubby rehomed most of my fish. Most of them I'll not see again But if any of you remember Stephine and her mom (two neighbors who's sick fish I helped) they stopped by today to return a little friend to me. Philip had given Mizuko to them but they only wanted to keep her long enough for me to get better. I was very touched by such an act of kindness and am glad to have my "little water child" back. I'm am very blessed not just to have the fish but to have such good friends both at home and here on koko's. Thanks again to everybody for being there for me when I needed it. Regular Member Fishy Fish Posted January 2, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted January 2, 2008 What a wonderful New Year's gift for you!! You were repaid for the kindness you showed them - and made wonderful friends in doing so. A kind heart touches so many lifes - and those who are touched, never forget. What a beautiful fish!! Regular Member Lolafish Posted January 2, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted January 2, 2008 Thanks I miss having bunches of aqua babies to take care of. I hear ya! I spend prolly 5 hours a day taking care of my crew. I'd be lost without them! (not all of that time is spent doing WC's, but I sit at their tanks and talk to them) I my fish! I'm so happy you got a buddy back! He's adorable.
Regular Member nickie73 Posted January 6, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted January 6, 2008 Liv, that is wonderful!!! It only goes to show you that when you are kind and help someone out, like you did little Steph and her fishie, then kindness is repaid. I am so happy that you got her back!
