Regular Member 123456789 Posted December 30, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 30, 2007 well I'm pretty much broke, and i need to make myself a co2 system. I read about it abit, about mixing sugar adn yeast together...and water, mix them in a bottle and then drill a hole on top, stuck a tube in it then lead it to a nother bottle empty bottle and hten a nother tube leading it to the tank. But I'm nto sure can someone tell me about it, I appreciate it ^____^
Regular Member love-rabbit-fish Posted December 30, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 30, 2007 i used to have 1 for my 5 gal when it was planted (not anymore). I use the recipe that Daniel (dan in aus) posted in the bottom of this thread http://www.kokosgoldfish.invisionzone.com/...mp;#entry725156 it works really well and i had co2 bubbles coming out for a good 2 weeks. My plants grew really well after i add the co2. The mixture is easy to create, no rocket science involved But at the end, i tore the tank up and use it as a QT tank hehe i recommend it though
