Regular Member Shamu23 Posted December 28, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 28, 2007 Im still trying to decide on a color for the background on my 125 gallon tank. I like black and blue but which would look better? Just so u know Im gonna try and do a sunken ship scene and I dont think I want one of the backgrounds with pics on them but my mom likes them so Im still thinking about that, I guess the ones with reef on them r pretty but it doesnt seem to match a goldfish tank. Regular Member vickielm Posted December 28, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 28, 2007 Hi shamu, and I was thinking about the same thing myself, as I have a new pirate ship for the tank thanks to you! I'm thinking about using blue wrapping paper for a while and seeing if I like it before I try something more permanent. You know...that shimmery stuff kind of like what you wrapped my gift in only in a dark blue if I can find it.
Regular Member nickie73 Posted December 28, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 28, 2007 I agree that a pretty blue would look great!
Regular Member love-rabbit-fish Posted December 28, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 28, 2007 I kind of like dark blue or black, it makes the fish's color really POP out LOL, and makes algae less noticable in the back of the tank. It would really suite the sunken ship scene, making it look all dark and mysterious lol.
