Regular Member vickielm Posted December 23, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 23, 2007 I have riverstones in the bottom of my tank, and artificial plants in clay pots held in with riverstones. I never thought about glass pots...very nice idea! Really pretty and natural looking tank, Shamu!

Regular Member Shamu23 Posted December 24, 2007 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 24, 2007 thanks Alex. I hope that her black will stay, it looks so pretty! I doubt it will but that would b nice, maybe when she goes in good med free water, Im treating them with melafix now cause Zap had a white injured area on her tail that has now fallen off so Im hoping that, that will grow back, then on my b-day their qt will hopefullyb finished. Regular Member Daniel Posted December 24, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 24, 2007 really pretty shamu looks good. i may sound weird but i just added gravel back in my 60 and there is more swimming room seems less cluttered i also find cleaning a tank with gravel easier than the maintenance on it when it was barebottom that does sound wacko
Regular Member jamisskat Posted December 24, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 24, 2007 Congrats on the river rock!..I love mine in my barebottom and the fish like to push them around like toys..
Regular Member Shamu23 Posted December 25, 2007 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 25, 2007 yeah I too prefer barebottom for goldies cause its safer. I got a new tank and Im adding the leftover riverstones to it
