Regular Member br553 Posted September 18, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted September 18, 2007 The best one, IMO, is freeze dried krill. It's high in protein and works best if broken into small pieces and fed as a treat. But it can still be a good part of a varied diet.

Regular Member Jack of Hearts Posted September 22, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted September 22, 2007 which is the best to feeed ?? bloodworm, shrimps, tubifex, plankton, krill ??? Tubifex is an absolutely disgusting "food". I would not feed my goldies such disgusting stuff. First of all, they live in disgusting filthy environments and can survive in places that no other species would be able to survive. They contaminate tank water and they harbor many parasites. Regular Member br553 Posted September 23, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted September 23, 2007 You should see my commons and comets when they get a krill treat. They go nuts, literally stalking the floating krill piece before they attack it.
