Regular Member Kissy Posted March 3, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted March 3, 2007 Cool! Is that a real lunar eclipse or did you make it with effects on your camera?

Regular Member daryl Posted March 3, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted March 3, 2007 The lunar eclipse, in totality, is tonight. It will be best seen from Europe and the MidEast, but still should put on a pretty good show, weather permitting, for those of us in the States. I remember when I was very young, I took a camera and made multiple exposures of a complete lunar eclipse as it progressed. I still have those prints dsomewhere. I should find then and put them up. It is certainly a neat thing. Mine were in black and white, though.

I hope it will clear up so I can take pics...

Regular Member Kissy Posted March 4, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted March 4, 2007 Aww I just found out before coming here that the west would miss it because it will eclipse before it rises. I did see the moon at 7 though. It's huge and beautiful anyway. Next eclipse is in August!
