Regular Member Chrissy_Bee Posted February 21, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted February 21, 2007 I went to the lfs today to pick up some salt and took a look at their tropicals. I saw and fell in love with Penguin tetras...and I got four. Now my tropical tank has what seems to me to be the perfect number and combination of fish, I'm so happy! I'll try and get a pic of them. Anyone else keep these guys? Chrissy
Regular Member touchofsky Posted February 22, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted February 22, 2007 Penguin fish are lovely, indeed. I kept them a few years back when I had a mixed tropical tank. They are very pretty and interesting looking, too. Congratulations on your
Regular Member Chrissy_Bee Posted February 22, 2007 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 22, 2007 Thanks! They are great, I didn't realize until I did a bit of research last night that they're called penguin fish becasue they swim with their heads slightly tilted up, very interesting. So far they're doing great
