Thought I'd Cleared All Problems...

Basically guys and girls i thought i'd cured the problems in my tank, Bubbles was seriously ill however thought everything was alright. Currently however ive noticed this BIG white spot on him after returning from uni and i have no idea whatsoever as to what it is. I've never seen one before.

If it makes any difference i saw a small white thing lurking on him a couple of weeks back before i added the salt etc.

Test Results for the Following:

Ammonia Level? 0

Nitrite Level? 0

Nitrate level? 20

Ph Level, (If possible,KH and GH and chloramines)? 7

Ph Level out of the Tap? 7

Tank size (How many Gals) and How long has it been running? 60l bout 10 months

What is the name and size of the filter/s? Jewel standard filter and cascade 450

How often do you change the water and how much? every week about 80 percent

How many fish in the tank and their size? 2 goldys, one 3 inch, one 2 inch

What kind of water additives or conditioners? Aquafresh

Any medications added to the tank? was salt last week, took it out last weekend

Add any new fish to the tank? put my big fishy back in with bubbles after quarantine

What do you feed your fish? Just started on the normal food again after 3 weeks of Medigold

Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt",

bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus? a huge white spot that sticks out like a golfball.

Any unusual behavior like staying

at the bottom, not eating, ect..? None at all, bit of flashing.
