That depends - what's ailing your fish? Is your water perfect?

I know you've probably posted the info in another thread but it would help if enormously if you could answer as many of the question in the box above :)

i just noticed she was doing a very long colour-less poop so i looked up the goldfish poop page and saw it said bacterial infection

Ammonia Level? 0

Nitrite Level? fine

Nitrate level? fine

Ph Level, (If possible,KH and GH and chloramines)? 7.0

Ph Level out of the Tap? 7.5

Tank size (How many Gals) and How long has it been running? 8 months

What is the name and size of the filter/s? vitapet, medium to large

How often do you change the water and how much? 30% every week

How many fish in the tank and their size? 1 other, 5 cm

What kind of water additives or conditioners? just ph down, but that hasen't been used in a while

Any medications added to the tank? no

Add any new fish to the tank? no

What do you feed your fish? pellets and peas

Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt",

bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus? nope

Any unusual behavior like staying

at the bottom, not eating, ect..? nope
