Any Danger Using 18000k Lighting?

I was out searching for better lighting for my plants and I came home with an 18000K 15W florescent bulb. On another post I was told that the higher temps were good for plants so I went all of the way.

I was concerned that this spectrum would emit UV light which might be good for plants but ultimately damaging to human eyes. Does anyone know for sure if this light emits significent UV?

Packaging says 18000K, 35 LUX, 15W Aqua-Glo

Thanks

I've got the Aqua-glo bulbs on my tanks and haven't had any problems with my eyes. As for the plant growth, I can get low light plants to grow fine, but haven't really tried plants that need a high light source. I think the wattage needs to be higher from the bulb for this to work. I don't totally understand it all, Koko or Ranchugirl would be some of the better ones to ask. :)
