I have a new Emperor 400 that has two biomedia frames that I loaded up and put in my 56 gallon tank to "season" 2 1/2 weeks ago. I transfered them over to the 30 gallon 2 days ago and put one small fish in the tank. (Smackie is LOVING the big tank by herself!). But there is ammonia now. AAAAARGH!!!!! Smackie is still enjoying. She has had a smaller home in the past and I wanted her to get the best. She is a neat fish. She had almost no tail when she was given to me and it is growing back.
