Wax Worms

Wax worms are the larval stage of the Bee Moth. They're commonly sold as fish bait, reptile food, and bird food.

They should be fine as goldfish food as long as they are disease and parasite free.

Only problem is that waxworms are very high in fat. I call them "gecko bacon". Some geckos will get addicted to them, and then refuse to eat any other bugs. It's not healthy for them, so it probably isn't very healthy for the fish, either. As a treat once in a while, though, it's probably ok.

Toothless feeds his fish bugs... mealworms, I think.
