HI my fishes started not to eat today and everytime i get close to the tank they get afraid. Im not sure if its the pH or not my pH is around 6-6.5. Can someone please tell me wats wrong with them?

The ammonia level is about .01

Nitrate is o ppm

Im not sure about the pH of the tap

For filteration i have a whisper 30 and bio-wheel

I use aqua-safe when i change the water and water clarifier by tetra

I feed the tetra pond food

Nitrite o ppm

29 gallon and its been running for about 6 months

I change my water every week

Weve been doing some work, today, on the questions at the top of the page. Can you go back and answer ALL of them very clearly so we can get a better idea as to what is happening?

For now, I can tell you that your pH is too low, you need to do some waterchanges for the next few days. Start, right now, by doing a 50 % waterchange. Afterwards, re-test for eerything you have tests for and post them back when you answer the questions above.

Sorry you have to go through it again. We just did soem work to the box so that you can click and paste the questions in your reply. So that should help some..... ;)

I changed the water in my tank and right now the pH is about 7.5 and the fishes are moving and eating alot more now. They seem to be back to normal. Thaxs alot for everyones help. :D
