Regular Member Anic Posted July 27, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted July 27, 2005 There were two tanks that had Black Moors in them, in one tank, they were normal sized (what you'd see in everyother petstore) and the other ones were super tiny, not even a half inch long! Were they that way because of age, or are there a such thing as mini-moors? Just curious.

Regular Member Anic Posted July 28, 2005 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 28, 2005 When I get the pond built, I'd like to get a tiny one and watch it grow. It would be more interesting than watching my plants grow! If I can get my dad's 29 gal (assuming he still has it) I'd get two teeny ones.
Regular Member Dory Posted July 28, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted July 28, 2005 Nope, their just babies. But it would be really cool if there was such a thing as minature gf!!!
Regular Member Kissy Posted July 28, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted July 28, 2005 Why are they less likely to make it? When all goldfish are so young isn't it the same risk or is it something different with moors? I'm confused!
Regular Member TamtheLittleBlackMoor Posted July 28, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted July 28, 2005 nooppee and other commercial pet stores are notorious for death tolls. Baby fish have it extrememly rough because they are so sensative to enviroment changes as said above. Telescopes/Moors can develope pop-eye in horrid water conditions, as can any fish but are slightly more seseptable to infections of the eye.
