Guest jelle819
Real CLAY Terra Cotta pots are safe to put in your tank? For some reason I wouldn't think that they are, can I use plastic ones instead? Just need some clarification please!! THANKS!
Regular Member Black oranda Posted April 29, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted April 29, 2005 Yup i use the clay pots, they do great in the Aquariums, I've had some in my tanks for at least 2 years, if not more. Plastic is okay aswell i think, But i rather terra cotta plant pots more.
Guest jelle819
Thanks...it just seemed a little odd to me...but that's cool...I got some river rocks yesterday and today I'm gonna get a couple terra cotta pots and when my replacement tank gets here (the one I have now is acrylic and it has fine cracks in it) I'm going to redesign my tank...I'll post pics when I'm done.
