Would you add this goldfish to new tank with new fish?

Hi,

My 4 year old goldfish is on its own in a 33 gallon tank having recently lost a tankmate to internal bacteria infection.  I’ve set up a 63 gallon tank and have 3 new fish in there.  Intention was to move the 4 year old in with them but n the past 2 weeks the fish has developed some new lumps and bumps and not sure whether to keep her on her own due to disease.  The bulging eye and large lump on top right of body are older (18 months old) but the others appeared in the past couple of weeks.  Not sure if she is diseased or if these are cancerous lumps? Any advice on Her condition and whether safe to add to a new tank would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You said your other fish died of bacterial issues? I think this fish has the same problem. These look to be cysts on the fish.

 What kind of water additives or conditioners?

 What do you feed your fish and how often?

 Any new fish added to the tank?

 Any medications added to the tank?

 List entire medication/treatment history for fish and tank.Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment.

 Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus?

 Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.?
