Can anything be done to help him now ?

My goldfish has suffered constipation and then floating on surface upside down. Then he improved a bit and started eating and swimming upright. But his bottom was swollen and bigger one side. One morning the swelling was like a big bubble one side. The next day it went down but his side at the back was sore looking and scales sticking up...looked like the fish with dropsy....he now doesnt float but lies on the bottom and wont eat or move much. I have moved the other fish to a bigger new tank and I changed 50% of his water, made it a bit warmer and put some epsom salts in the tank.2 teaspoons on 60 litres water... what should I do to try and save him ?

 How many days ago was the last water change and how much did you change?

 How many fish in the tank and their size?

 What kind of water additives or conditioners?

 What do you feed your fish and how often?

 Any new fish added to the tank?

 Any medications added to the tank?

 List entire medication/treatment history for fish and tank.Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment.

 Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus?

 Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.?
