Acro 679 Posted March 25 I used to feed frozen (defrosted) soybeans. I tried frozen (and defrosted) romaine and also seaweed sheets, but the goldfish never seemed too thrilled with either. And when they did eat either the romaine or seaweed, it always made a mess of the tank. I did have luck mixing sprouts from a "tortoise seed mix" into gel food.
