Help! Ripped fins and black marks

Recommended Posts

So I am a mom and my son has had the same 3 goldfish for 3 years.... 2 weeks ago one I noticed had a swim bladder issue. Took him out and put him in a hospital tank. He didn't make it. However at the same time I changed a bit more than half the water and treated the other tank. Now another is in the hospital. His fins are ripped and he is turning black by his fins. I also noticed his gills are a bit inflamed. I would post a picture but I can't figure out how from my camera roll.

I saw on Google fin rot and black spots but I don't think it matches. But like I said I am a mom... No fish expert.
