Goldfish to young to mate chasing like breeding?

I have a Shubunkin and a fancy tail. I adopted them 5 months ago. They are less than 6 months old. The Shubunkin is twice as large as the fancy. The Shubunkin chases the fancy around the tank, nudging her tummy into plants. I believe she is too young to lay eggs. My tank is 29 gal. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue my arandas have been mating and I have hatched several spawns that produced live babies and these fish are maybe six months old.

Could be playing or just trying to figure out the whole mating thing.  As long as they both can eat and are getting there rest time. I wouldn't worry to much.
