Arctic Mama   3,625 Posted December 25, 2017 Well we can look into the blister and treatment if you want to add a disease diagnostic post, but the epsom shouldn’t cause harm at that dose.
Black   3,908 Posted December 25, 2017 Thanks so much Taryl for getting back to me. So, just to make sure....  that's definitely ok for litres (not US gallons) for 9 days? i'll have to do a DD thread when I return, but I'm hoping 100% clean water and Epsom will be a good start for now...
shakaho   6,312 Posted December 25, 2017 You should always do a 100% water change just before you leave. I wouldn't expect any problems from the epsom salt, nor would I expect it to do any good. I wouldn't replace it after the water change. You should worry about the tiny tank.
FishyMandy   6,272 Posted December 25, 2017 (edited) Charlie doesnt actually have Googs in a 20 litre tank, has just dosed her tank at the rate of 1/2 teaspoon per litres. Edited December 25, 2017 by FishyMandy

Black   3,908 Posted December 25, 2017 (edited) Thank you. I have been a member of this forum since 2010/11 My tank size is approx 27 US gallons. I have 1 smallish fish.  and I have done a 100% WC change. As stated.  Epsom has always cleared up his blisters. But I appreciate you taking the time to respond. As he has not had a blister for a long time, I thought I had made a mistake with the Epsom dosage, hence my post.
