mygoldfishmylife 51 Posted September 18, 2017 So for the past 3 water changes, it's been taking the ammonia around 2 days to reach 0... what do you think?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
shakaho 6,312 Posted September 18, 2017 How large are the water changes? How long between changes? What ammonia level do you have immediately after the water change?
mygoldfishmylife 51 Posted September 18, 2017 There about 70%, and between each change is around 5-7 days, and it's always between .25-.5 and it stays like that
shakaho 6,312 Posted September 18, 2017 Would you please empty the dirty water from your filters and rinse the filter medium each time you change water? Don't scrub anything, just rinse off the crud. Until the ammonia disappears quickly, add a full tank dose of Prime every other day.

Would I have to do that for every single water change or just now until the ammonia quickly disappears?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
mygoldfishmylife 51 Posted September 18, 2017 What should I do about the other fish's eye in the quarantine tank? Should I post another thread about him?
