API drops * Tank size (how many gals.) and how long has it been running? 55 gal, 2 years * What is the name and "size of the filter"(s)? marineland 50 (i think) and aqueon 55 * How often do you change the water and how much? every 4 days, 90% * How many days ago was the last water change and how much did you change? 3 days ago, 90% * How many fish in the tank and their size? 2, large * What kind of water additives or conditioners? Prime * What do you feed your fish and how often? flakes once a day, but for the past 2 days I've been feeding peas * Any new fish added to the tank? no * Any medications added to the tank? no * List entire medication/treatment history for fish and tank. Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment. none in the past year * Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus? nothing new, but she's had cloudy eyes/cataract for about a year now. * Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.? She isn't moving around much, kind of floats in the tank in the same spot, in the middle of the right side of the tank. she eats whenever she senses food around her, pretty active when there's food around. But throughout the entire day, the other fish scavenges around throughout the day, but the sick fish is just there... Her head kind of points downwards, but she still has her balance. Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment. none in the past year. What before that? Please post some pictures of the sick fish. They are clear hun Sorry no one has gotten back to you The first thing I noticed is the eye seems like it got an injury I would like you to test your tap water and the ph, kh. gh please.
