Phoeberanda 0 Posted April 28, 2016 It looks like it came from below the surface of the cap/wen and I guess, it sprouted out? It's feels kind of rough and I've tried rubbing it off gently and it did remove some patch from the surface, but I dont wanna try and go deeper, I don't wanna hurt him lol it's fairly small, like a dot from a marker, but you can still see it.
