Goldfish being treated with prazi often exhibit symptoms like yours in the first week.  This actually  suggests the treatment is working.  The dying flukes can cause discomfort.  Do you also have salt in the tank?  If so, what concentration?

No now but it was .3% for about a week, last week.  I was treating Acriflavine ms combined with salt last week to treat some fungus issues.  Thanks for letting me know this is how prazi works.   I'll let it alone for few more days and see.  All other  fish doing fine so this one must have more serious fluke issue.

You might try adding 0.1% salt.  This may make the fish more comfortable.

Please fill out the form as soon as possible.  We need to know about things like previous treatments to reduce the chance of recommending something dangerous.

Shakaho was right, the fish treated and doing better on it own.  It was probably sitting on bottom due to the medication treatment.

My goldfishes sit at the bottom sometimes but when they see me they get excited for food and starts swimming. I'm always wondering if that's a normal thing they do.

How is your Ranchu doing?

Good swimming around and eating. Not sitting anymore it was the prazi treatment that was making it sit.
