Regular Member Ree Posted May 9, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted May 9, 2015 Hi, I am in the process of fishless cycling my 220L tank with fish food. I was wondering if it were possible to use cloudy ammonia used for cleaning instead of the fish food. I do not have access to any other type of ammonia. Thanks so much
Regular Member Ree Posted May 9, 2015 Author Regular Member Share Posted May 9, 2015 I just found this on ebay.... how much per gal or L would I need to make the appropriate 4ppm? It says it is pure ammonia 25% NH3. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/100ml-Pure-ammonia-fishless-cycling-/261871325765?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368 Just so I can see how much I would need to order and if it is within my budget to maintain and test test my cycle while both fish are still in QT...
