Regular Member run.without.raincoats Posted April 15, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted April 15, 2015 I live in an apartment building and every month or two there's a water cutoff for plumbing repairs. Usually it's fine but today when it was turned back on it's kind of yellow brown tinted. I don't know if it was residue in the pipes or what. That was about 2 or 3 hours ago, now it's running clear and but I'm still nervous. We have pretty consistently good water quality usually but this was weird. Think it might be ok to use again? Or should I do today's top off with bottled just in case?

Regular Member run.without.raincoats Posted April 15, 2015 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 15, 2015 Yeah, ammonia and nitrites are normal, pH and nitrates are up a bit but not drastically. I'm more worried about if there's anything else my tests don't cover. Although Prime takes out some of those right? Metals?
Regular Member DieselPlower Posted April 15, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted April 15, 2015 I'd use it after running it for a bit.
