Is it safe to use regular tap water to make Repashy?

This may sound like a silly question, but is it safe to use just regular tap water to mix up Repashy Soilent Green? Or should I use bottled water/dechlorinated water?

I sometime use filtered tap water, but I'd prefer bottled mountain Spring Water, as I do for when I bake bread. You'd feel better about it, and it is only .99 cents.
