Floating Short Tail Ryukin with Hard Abdomen

Help!  My beloved short tail ryukin has been floating upside down for over a week.  I know she has SBD and usually I would fast her for three days and feed her peas.  It normally resolves in a day.  (this is the longest I had ever seen her float upside down). I thought she was egg bound so I decided to try to hand spawn after waiting a week.  No eggs released.  Her abdomen was rock solid.  I read from a random forum that it can be from a tumor.  Any one familiar or have any suggestions on my next step?   (She is currently in isolation for redness to exposed fin with mepalex and epsom salt which is currently working).

The Epsom Salt is probably a good idea, but what is "mepalex" :idont

Looks like a typo of metroplex., but thanks for clearing it up. :teehee

Photos would be good. You can upload them to Imgur with no account needed.
