Telescopes eye has become larger.

Hello, I have noticed my telescope Rosie has one eye Larger all of the sudden, it looks as though she has two enlarged veins full off blood in this eye. Her other eye looks normal. I have had her for a month when I first got her she had fin rot which after maintaining perfect water conditions she was able to grow back her fin completely. I didn't use any treatment but Epsom salts because she floats nose down alot of the time and I fed her only blanched varied veggies the whole time because her poop was long white and thin. She still floats nose down often but continues to eat normally and swim around somewhat actively, although I can tell she's not feeling well. I suspect an internal bacteria. Perhaps heraggic speceptemia? I began a treatment of api tetracycline yesterday and am about to be on my second dose. Is this the right treatment for her? Am I supposed to feed her while I'm doing this. P.s. Can you post me that format thing so I can put my water conditions up.

If you could upload some photos to photobucket or imgur that would be great.

It's difficult to gauge how her eyes look without them. :)

Here you can see clearer. It's like an enlarged vein full of blood. It just appeared a few days ago. Only.in the one eye that has become larger. There are 2 of these veins. One on either side of the eye.

It's not abnormal for one eye to be bigger when the fish is still young.. Sometimes it stays that way!

... But I do see the redness, just barely. :hmm Is the fish doing anything else that worries you? Is there blood in the pupil?

Well she's been floating around nose down since I got her, and her poop is long and stringsy and white. She goes to the top to gulp for air often. Her gills look a bit more red than they should be. She just doesn't seem as healthy as she should be.

The place I got her from told me they TRY to do one water change a year... So it's no wonder she's not too healthy. I just hope I can give her a better life and nurse her back to health!

Well I've been trying to upload a video on YouTube but everytime I finish, YouTube stops responding. Any one know of any other way to upload a video?

Good news tho, Rosie hasn't been doing the nose down float Since this morning! She keeps gulping for air tho not as often, and her eye hasn't gotten any better... Although I'm kinda hoping it's just growth because she's young.
