Messing with the 5G betta tank all morning and now I can barely move my arm again. I guess :flex: is out, as well as all the other stuff I was supposed to do today! :doh11:

Seems like it's taking your arm a while to get better. :(

I tore my rotary cuff and 'deep bruised' my elbow. Was hoping it would be well enough that I could go zip lining in August, was told that it was 50/50 but odds are it will never be 100%. Plus, I was pretty weak to begin with. If I can't :flex: I'll never build up enough strength to handle all the rope/tree climbing that is required for the zip lining trip. :(

Oh wow, I don't think I realized it was that serious an injury. That really stinks. I hope karma  :kickbutt the guy who injured you double now. Are you doing any physical therapy for it?

Just stretching. I was getting where I could lift it almost over my head without wanting to  :yikes Hence, the bright idea to work on the driftwood and messing with the 5G(it's high up) Usually, by the end of the day, it is all but useless anyway, but it wasn't hurting as much the last couple days, and I'd been itching to work on that tank.  :whistle Y"?U^&

Hahha! Oops! That last bit was one of my dogs standing on the laptop when I went to answer the door. I guess she thought I was finished my response because she somehow posted it. :teehee
