preternaturalism 40 Posted December 29, 2014 I bought two 150W Jager heaters from Amazon and they sent me twelve. There were six packed to a box and I guess someone in the warehouse just grabbed the boxes instead of opening them. I'll never run out of heaters as long as I live. :

Fish Of Gold 2,297 Posted December 29, 2014 Well this is just me and the kind of person I am, but I'd probably feel guilty about keeping them and not calling/emailing them to let them know about the mistake. Not saying you have to do that, it's just how I'd feel if it happened to me that I received too many of an item that I ordered.
preternaturalism 40 Posted December 29, 2014 If it were my LFS or a hobbyist I'd give them back. No guilt over Amazon, though, it's an imperceptible fraction of their business and they've burned me on shipping costs several times by only sending half the things they supposedly had in stock. They're welcome to send me a prepaid box and something to cover time/supplies shipping everything back, though. I'll even waive my legal right to keep them.
