Let's give the Triple Sulfa a few days to work.  The 10g QT isn't cycled, correct?  You can probably get by with water changes every other day as long as you double Prime the tank on the days in between.  The Metro can be dosed every other day right after the water change.  The Triple Sulfa needs to be added every day for the entire 10 days.

Well it does not look infected anymore and the bloody spots comes and goes. He still spends all his time at the surface and it seems like he cant control his swim bladder at all.

To be honest im considering putting him down. I dont think he will be able to make a full recovery at this point and I dont think its fair to let him linger like this.
