Thanks Koko,

I am trying to compose a routine in breeding/raising fry that i think will give similar results to anyone trying to raise fry in our 'western' way. Not foolproof but i will make an effort at least. Lets hope we can help eachother along in this timeconsuming but amazing hobby!

Regards, Hinfin.

Thanks for the replies!

The pond crew is about 7-10cm at the moment. So not the largest fish, but for our moderate european climate it is ok i guess.

These are getting used to our outdoors temperature changes amazingly well by the way!

Some of the fry that i gave to my sister made it back home to enjoy a nice vacation with lots of sunshine in the ponds. Odd to see how the difference in size is compared to the pondcrew.....

Thanks for the interest guys!

The fish are still a bit skittish from the trip but when i went away they ate all the pellets in a couple of minutes.

AS we can see the difference between pond and aquarium raised colors but unfortunately not everyone can have pond with them what would be the alternative. Would the full bright flurosecent tube work in a pretty large aquarium breaking the inch per gallon rule.
