Fiona has a fin problem?

It's Fiona's turn to have an issue... Or am I just having goldfish paranoia?

Her dorsal is having tiny little "rips" in it. I'm posting because I'm concerned it would be the beginning of something.

She is in a cycling 55 gallon.

Test Results for the Following:

* Ammonia Level(Tank):0.25 ppm(dosed Prime)

* Nitrite Level(Tank):0 ppm

* Nitrate level(Tank):0 ppm

* Ammonia Level(Tap): 0 ppm

* Nitrite Level(Tap): 0 ppm

* Nitrate level(Tap):0 ppm

* Ph Level, Tank (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines) 7.4

* Ph Level, Tap (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines)7.4

Other Required Info:

* Brand of test-kit used and whether strips or drops? Api drops

* Water temperature? 72 f

* Tank size (how many gals.) and how long has it been running? 55 gallon running since beginning of October

* What is the name and "size of the filter"(s)? 2 aquaclear 70s

* How often do you change the water and how much? I changed 90% of the water every 6 or 7 days and use Prime every second day in between.

* How many days ago was the last water change and how much did you change? 4 days ago, 90-95%

* How many fish in the tank and their size? One fish, 38 grams

* What kind of water additives or conditioners? Prime

* What do you feed your fish and how often? 2 to 3 times a day : Saki hikari and new life spectrum pellets, peas and brocoli, new life spectrum nutri gel food, blood worms and brine shrimps

* Any new fish added to the tank? No

* Any medications added to the tank? No

* List entire medication/treatment history for fish and tank. Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment.

1 month of Salt and 5 rounds of prazi a month ago

* Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus? A tiny little "rip" in her dorsal along with a tiny hole in that same area

* Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.? No

Meds I have:

-Epsom Salt and aquarium salt

-Prazi pro

-Melafix

-Kanaplex (seachem)

-Metronidazole (seachem)

-Furan-2 (api)

When did you first notice the little tear and hole? I'd probably just keep an eye on it for now . . . . .

I posted this topic right after first noticing it! Ok I'll keep my eyes open

Most fin issues are quick to resolve themselves.  I know that whenever my little fools manage to scrape, rip, or tear something, I up my water changes. As long as you stay on top of keeping the water pristine, it should heal up nicely.
